We can receive orders by email, fax, mail or online through our Shopify website.
Sales tax will be added to New York State address deliveries at 8%.
An order confirmation will be sent by email if using our website.
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Satisfaction guaranteed: no-questions-asked return policy for unused brushes within 30 days. For details, please see our Returned Goods Form.
Please do not send cash or personal checks.
All our sales are FOB Factory. We guarantee prompt shipment but we are unable to guarantee prompt arrival because once the order has left our warehouse we have no control on its delivery. We will however assist you in tracing the shipment by providing tracking information.
