Built for flat surfaces, not a one-size-fits-all cleanup.

Give cooked-on food and grease a thorough scrub with Brushtech’s B516C XL Safety Double-Helix Griddle Brush. Two twisted-in-wire stainless steel springs are pressed into a flattened cleaning profile, providing greater surface contact on flat grills and griddles.

Why choose the B516C?

• A flattened head for flat cooking surfaces: The pressed spring design puts more of the cleaning head in contact with the surface.
• Double-helix stainless steel springs: Two continuous springs do the scrubbing instead of rows of short, conventional wire bristles.
• Tackle cooked-on buildup: Designed to help loosen grease and burnt food left behind after cooking.
• A comfortable grip: The handle lets you keep control as you work across the cooking surface.

The right tool for your griddle routine

After the burgers, breakfast or backyard cookout, reach for a brush shaped for the surface you’re cleaning. The B516C’s flat-pressed design is intended for flat grills and griddles, rather than reaching around individual round grill rods.

Safety, use and care

Follow your cooking surface manufacturer’s cleaning instructions, including guidance on coatings, seasoning and cleaning temperature. Check compatibility before use. Inspect the brush before each use and replace it if a spring breaks or the tool becomes worn or damaged. After cleaning, inspect the cooking surface and remove any remaining debris before cooking. Bristle-free does not mean maintenance-free.
